Taxis & Private Hire Cars

Taxis

Taxis are available for hire at the taxi stand at Mandai East Carpark (Car Park 2). All fares are metered.

A $3 surcharge is applicable to hired taxis departing from Mandai Wildlife Reserve (Bird Paradise, Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, and River Wonders). This surcharge is applicable daily from 1.00pm to 11.59pm.

 

Private Hire Cars

You can book private hire cars from Grab, Gojek, TADA or Ryde to/from Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Book via the transport providers’ mobile applications and head over to the designated Pick-up/Drop off Point at Mandai East Carpark (Car Park 2).


Car

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is about a 30-minute drive from the city. You can choose from two different routes to get here.

Via Central Expressway (CTE) from the City

  1. Take the CTE toward Seletar Expressway (SLE)
  2. Continue onto SLE towards Mandai Road
  3. Take Exit 8A on SLE onto Mandai Road
  4. Turn left onto Mandai Lake Road

Via Pan Island Expressway (PIE) from the City

  1. Take the PIE toward Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE)
  2. Continue onto BKE toward Woodlands
  3. Take Exit 7 on BKE onto Mandai Road
  4. Turn right onto Mandai Lake Road
To visit Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, or Night Safari at Mandai Wildlife East, you may park at Car Park 2 on your left towards Singapore Zoo’s entrance.
To visit Bird Paradise, you may park at Car Park 1 at Mandai Wildlife West.

Our CEPAS-compliant car parks utilise an electronic parking charge system with the use of a cash card.

Please ensure that your cash card has sufficient value before you exit the car park. A cash card top-up machine is available next to each car park’s lift lobby. For vehicles without an in-vehicle unit for cash cards, parking coupons may be purchased for $10 at our Membership and Experiences Centre.
